The cottage includes a main room that is a 2 car converted garage with skylights, door leading to a deck, bathroom with shower, and kitchenette that includes refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and sink. An attached living area/ dining area or office (of 150 sqft) is surrounded by windows with a view from the corner window of the bay. It is a great place to rest and work.
The large sleeping room is furnished with a double bed, relaxing leather chair, armoire, kitchenette (small refrigerator, table oven, microwave), and bathroom (shower only). The Living /dining area has a couch, 4 chairs and a dining table plus plenty of book shelves.
Sleeps 1-2 people.
All utilities and wireless internet are included.
No-Smoking and No Pets.
